Kuzu helps Northeast Forestry University build the first EHS laboratory education practice experience center in Northeast China

Recently, Kuzu Zhizao, a leading enterprise in intelligent laboratory security solutions in China, has reached a deep cooperation agreement with Northeast Forestry University to officially introduce its independently developed series of laboratory intelligent security products into the school's EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Laboratory Education Practice Experience Center. The laboratory security course has become an "immersive challenge experience".
Entering the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Laboratory Education Practice Experience Center of Northeast Forestry University feels like entering a high-tech "safety training park". There is no traditional rote learning here, instead there are six themed experience areas: chemical safety area, biosafety area, gas safety area, personal protective area, emergency response and equipment operation safety area.
In the past, laboratory safety education classes mainly relied on rote memorization, and the safety issues repeatedly emphasized by teachers were easily heard by everyone. But now, hands-on operation not only leaves a deeper impression on us about the standardized process of operation, but also truly realizes that safety is no small matter. In the future, we really need to pay attention to every detail and avoid risks in the experimental process, "said graduate student Ding Yuyang excitedly after experiencing the interactive project.

Wang Yulong, Director of the Laboratory Management and Condition Guarantee Department (Analysis and Testing Center) at Northeast Forestry University, introduced that university laboratories are important places for conducting scientific research and teaching experiments. Improper safety management of flammable and explosive reagents, various high-voltage equipment, etc. in laboratories can easily cause accidents, ranging from skin burns and respiratory injuries to fires and explosions, and even endangering the lives of teachers and students. Laboratory safety is directly related to the physical health and safety of teachers and students, and is the top priority of university safety work. There is no room for any luck. The school's establishment of the EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Laboratory Education Practice Experience Center is to provide a platform for teachers and students to integrate safety course teaching, specialized training, and emergency drills. It aims to upgrade safety education from "talk on paper" to vivid practice that combines education with entertainment, allowing safety awareness and skills to be deeply ingrained in teachers and students, thereby enhancing the professional level of campus safety management.
